- Extensive client contact; Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW individuals, families, and organizations while focusing on sophisticated estate planning
- Expert in tax strategy and optimizing complex trust structures
- Work with founders to help foster and close new business relationships
- Proven success in cultivating relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to UHNW individuals, families, and entities
- Requires highly technical expertise and strong client-facing skills
- Hands on focus with the ability to recruit and train a highly capable team, cultivating a culture of professionalism, trust, and client-centered service
- 5+ years' experience; CPA or JD required
