Shift : Shift 17 : 00 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 : 00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate : $35.04 - $47.30 hour

Relocation Incentives - for qualified candidates who are moving to the

area who live 50 miles or more from Ft. Myers. Requires a 2-year commitment.

$3,500.00 relocation incentive in your first check.

$900.00 a month for 6 months as a housing allowance in the first paycheck of

each month.

Total Incentives : $8,900.00

Job Summary

Coordinates and provides enterostomal and wound care services at assigned LMHS

campuses. Provides directly or serves as a consultant for assessment

planning implementation and evaluation of patients wounds ostomy and

continence care. Provides education to patients family and staff.Will

consider candidates currently in process of obtaining WOCN certification :
