Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain assigned dispute cases in SAP requiring collaboration and communication with customers, agencies, regional directors, and various internal departments
- Identify root cause and collaborate with customers, cash application and credit and collection teams to resolve all discrepancies and process improvement to avoid similar issues for future similar transactions whenever possible
- Research, resolve and gain consensus both internally and with the customer regarding disputes related to product taxability, pricing, unit of measure, shipping and billing errors and other similar issues
- Develop and enhance effective relationships with the Customer Service and other cross functional departments to facilitate resolution of issues related to shipped orders
- Partner with Database Changes team to ensure integrity of customer related master data, such as customer name, addresses and taxability changes
- Examine and analyze customer short-payments by reviewing payment, account history and invoice accuracy
- Understand and identify HIPPA violations of PHI on invoices, and communicate them to customer accordingly
- Determine corresponding fiscal, project and GL codes for credit memos and adjustments
- Communicate with IT on software and hardware issues and place and maintain supply orders for A / R department
Additional Duties & Responsibilities :
- Confirm and maintain accurate notes and records for each dispute case
- Process credit memos and adjustments to invoices accurately and timely
- Develop multi-tasking and prioritizing work skills
Specialized Skills :
- Basic account receivables knowledge
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP system
- Proficiency in MS Office, with Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Great organizational skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail A / R adjustment invoice approval level of up to $3,000

- Work is supervised and reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
- Accurately gathers relevant information to support decision making.
- Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following specific, detailed instructions.
Education / Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in an accounts receivable environment required.
- Or AA degree
