We are a leading mattress manufacturer based in Jacksonville, Florida, committed to delivering high-quality mattresses, pocked coils, and custom foam products.
As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production goals are met on time and within budget
- Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality control
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow
- Ensure that all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are met
- Manage inventory levels and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing production management
- Proven track record of increasing productivity and manufacturing output
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
- Experience with onboarding, training, and developing staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
