Collaborating closely with theIntegrated Medical Team, you'll contribute to a comprehensive approach tohealthcare. Reporting directly to the Chief Behavioral Health and AddictionsOfficer, you'll be an integral part of our mission to provide holistic care toour community.

Requirements :
- Masters degree in Social Work
- LCSW, LMHC, (LMHCA only if approvedfor state LMHC exam) LMFT or LCAC
- PH. D and APA certification(not required but highly preferred)
- 1-2years experience of post-degree clinical experience
- Additionalprimary-care experience (not required but highly preferred)
- Operatea multi-line phone system and other office equipment including printers, faxmachines, etc.
- Basiccomputer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR, online sources, etc.)
