Social Media Content Creation Intern
Scentsy is looking for a Social Media Content Creation Intern to work hands-on with our Marketing Team on a variety of executions including, but not limited to Instagram / Facebook Reels filming, editing & publishing, content creation for a variety of social media channels, and assist with social media response and engagement with world class content, tools, and programs that support Scentsy’s public facing social media channels, our Consultants, and our customers.
This is a part-time flexible hour internship that will run May-August. Please include a link to your portfolio or social media content you have created on your resume.
Click here to see what we're all about and learn more about us!What You Will Do : Partner with the Social Media Team and Creative Services to develop and execute a social media videosCraft engaging video content that aligns with Scentsy's brand identity, current trends, and best practicesExecute the Instagram Reels strategy by managing the planning, creation and delivering of social media content Create content that is on brand, on trend and appealing to the eyeEvaluate direct selling competitors and the direct selling social media competitive landscape based on defined criteriaAssist with social media response, engagement, giveaways and other digital marketing tasks Gain an understanding of the Scentsy Marketing Strategy framework to prioritize communications and contentAssist with reporting on social media trends and analytics Support the sharing of content and campaigns to other international regionsLearn all things about Scentsy business, marketing communications, and social media strategyPerform all other assigned tasks and requirements as neededWhat We're Looking For : High school diploma or equivalentDegree seeking student focused on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, or BusinessActive social media user and with expertise on multiple platformsKnowledge of optimal video formats and specifications for each platform is crucialExperience with creating appealing social media video contentSocial media native with comfort and depth of digital and social knowledge Strength and depth in a variety of social media platforms in a business environment, including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and BlogAware of digital and social marketing trends, metrics, analytics, benchmarks, and best practicesFamiliarity with industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plusAt Scentsy, we’re all about being our authentic selves and embracing our differences, and we’d love to hear from you.
