Advanced Personnel Resources currently has several Medical Front Desk Admin positions open for clients of ours here in the Triad.
We currently have several positions availalble :
Front Desk Check-in, Medical Scheduler, Referral Coordinator and Medical Biller
- Schedule : Monday - Friday 1st shift business office hours
- Pay : $15.75-$20.00

Job Requirements
Medical Front Desk Specialist Front Desk Duties :
- Check in
- Check out patients by scheduling the next appointment or recalling them in the appropriate timeframe, giving patient summaries, collect and post payments.
- Insurance verification
- Updating patient demographics
- Administering paperwork
- Taking copays
- Taking final payments
- Answering phones
- Confirming appointments
- Assisting with medical records
- Input scheduling templates in computer for assigned providers as they are available.
- Triage phone calls
EDUCATION :
High school diploma
EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of 2+ years prefer 4+ years in a medical office performing the above tasksSuperior communication skillsSteady work history
