Job Title : Licensed Psychologist

Salary : $120,000 - $155,000
Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Psychologist to join our diverse clinical team in Southern California.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of psychological principles and methodologies, providing high-quality mental health services to a diverse population.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including interviews, observations, and standardized tests to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, evidence-based practices, and client goals.
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including supervision, training, and workshops, to stay current with best practices in psychology and mental health.
- Engage in outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and resources within the community.
Qualifications :
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid license to practice psychology in California (PsyD or PhD).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with demonstrated expertise in assessment and therapy.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and psychological assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
