Are you energized by the fast-paced world of media and eager to make a tangible impact? If so, CMI Media Group wants you! We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst, Client Finance to join our collaborative team.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our client accounts, supporting resource allocation, and contributing to the overall success of our Media organization. What You'll Do :

• Financial Stewardship : Monitor the financial stability of client accounts, identify and address pacing issues within SOWs, and independently approve monthly client billing.
• Resource Management : Maintain master staffing grids, track hours, and ensure accurate billing by monitoring staff timesheets and providing feedback for revisions.
• Client Support : Assist in developing client scope of work (SOW) contracts and demonstrate proficiency in explaining and pricing syndicated research tools.
• Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless project execution.

What You'll Bring :

• Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience : 3-4 years of experience in financial management, media planning, or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of online and offline media functions (Media Planning, SEO, SEM, Programmatic Media Buying, Social, Analytics, Technology, .

Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
