JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager / Executive Chef / F&B Director the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
- Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
- Expected to coordinate all aspect of the room / facilities set-up, including audio / visual and F&B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement / maintenance of division standards and profit maximization.
- Perform various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of High School education
- Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role
- Food safety certification preferred
- Alcohol awareness certification preferred
