Sales Performance Manager Job Overview As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales data, evaluating performance metrics, and providing insights to the operations team to drive sales effectiveness and growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and assess sales performance, identify trends in the sales funnel, and recommend strategies for improvement.
In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales tools, processes, training programs and marketing strategies.
This position will ideally be based out of one of the six markets we operate with frequent travel to the other five markets.

Provide ongoing support to the field leadership and sales teams to help develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming markets or studios.
Work directly with Field Leadership teams, marketing, and other corporate departments to ensure the markets and company achieve key KPI benchmarks and hit our lead and sales targets.
- Act as the primary liaison between corporate and field leadership, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication around sales promotions, incentives, contests, and incentives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, including KPI benchmarks, sales forecasts, actual performance, and variance analysis.
Work directly with Finance and Business Support departments to analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and provide weekly updates and leaderboards.
- Own and leverage sales technologies to drive production and performance (CRM systems, member management systems, sales dashboards) and ensure the field leadership and studio teams are proficient in using these technologies through training and ongoing support.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities, monitor the training program's effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations, including meeting planning documentation, travel, and record-keeping of sales events and meetings.
Coordinate team building and outreach events. · All other duties as assigned. Required Skills, Abilities & Experience · Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, performance evaluation, or similar roles, with a preference for experience within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, particularly within the fitness sector. · Proficiency in developing comprehensive training programs from inception to completion, including design and delivery phases.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational abilities. · Proactive approach to identifying areas for process enhancement and the drive to implement improvements.

Additional Information · The role can be based in our Austin, Phoenix, San Antonio, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, or Philadelphia markets.
Other centrally located metropolitan hubs will also be considered. · Travel Requirements range from 60%-80% depending on base location.
