General Labor Positions
Personnel Plus, Inc. is currently on the lookout for dedicated General Laborers ready to tackle various manual labor tasks and play a supportive role at different worksites.
Key duties of a General Laborer include :
- Removing waste and debris
- Adhering to instructions
- Maintaining a tidy and secure worksite
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools, along with handling different materials
Candidates should possess the endurance to carry heavy loads, potentially on a repetitive basis, focus diligently on their duties, and strictly adhere to safety protocols.

Your responsibilities will involve :
- Supporting fellow staff members on-site
- Managing and moving materials and equipment
- Operating machinery and tools, both manual and powered, as required
- Executing tasks as directed by site supervisors
- PInstalling signs for the safety of vehicles and pedestrians
- Notifying superiors about any equipment problems or safety hazards
We’re looking for individuals with :
- The physical capability for the job, which includes being on your feet for extended periods, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, etc.
- Excellent coordination and dexterity
- Experience or familiarity with using tools and machinery is preferred
- Effective listening, communication, and teamwork capabilities
- A strong dedication to adhering to safety standards
- While specialized training or apprenticeship is valued, it is not mandatory
