LHH is working with a multinational leader in the technology industry who is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sr Marketing Program Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing programs.
This role will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through the planning, coordination, and implementation of complex marketing initiatives across various channels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in email marketing campaigns, program management, stakeholder collaboration, knowledge of email tech platforms (i.

This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as an operations lead, ensuring efficient workflows, process improvements, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity and achieve organizational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Implement and lead process changes / improvements, and provide training.
- Identify and implement automation strategies to enhance lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign personalization with marketing team.
- Manage Channel Workflow Management (oversee multiple task queues, ensuring quality and SLA standards are met by the S&O and channel execution teams).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects and define deliverables.
- Ensure proactive troubleshooting of production issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications :
- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Google Ads, and Marketo.
- Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, heavily matrixed company.
- Strong background in project management and productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Change management experience.
