We Offer You

  • $45,000 basic salary, plus an industry-leading uncapped commission structure of up to 60% providing on target earning potential of $80,000 - $110,000+ in Year 1, $100,000 - $160,000+ in Year 2 and $140,000 - $200,000+ year 3.
  • The average amount of promotions our recruiters achieve in their first year is at least 2, which is super fast in recruitment.

What will your role involve?

  • Business development and attracting new accounts.
  • Having full autonomy with your clients
  • Developing and maintaining relationships in your niche specialist market and delivering search solutions at the highest level.
  • Sourcing and actively headhunting senior candidates for clients worldwide, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for industry specialised roles.
  • Discussing individual candidate needs and providing professional advice on opportunities.
  • Organising and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and clients following interviews.
  • Discussing and negotiating job offers with successful candidates.
