- Analyze data reports and conduct on-site inspections
- Develop cost proposals and estimates including all necessary reports
- Display strong leadership by overseeing all projects aspects from planning through execution
- Manage project budgets and negotiate effectively with subcontractors and / or suppliers
- Efficiently handle multiple projects of various sizes and complexities
- Uphold high workmanship standards that are aligned with the project plans and specifications
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure prompt and reliable customer service
Preferred Experience :
- Previous experience in construction management or a related field
- Familiarity with insurance claims and managed repair assignments
- 3-5 years of experience creating repair and remodel estimates preferred
- Proficiency in project scheduling
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Working knowledge of the Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
