Job Description :
The Customer Success Representative will provide vital support to our sales team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone ready to grow with the company.
Initially, your primary responsibility will be maintaining inboxes, managing tickets, and learning the ins and outs of our business processes.
Over time, as your understanding of our services deepens, you’ll be trained to transition into a sales role to directly contribute to our growth goals.
This role will involve close mentorship from our experienced team members, including direct support from our Customer Success Managers, and ongoing guidance from senior leadership.
The ideal candidate is articulate, ambitious, and above all, humble, eager to contribute to the team’s success while developing their own career path.
Responsibilities :
- Manage customer support inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with ticket resolution and provide support to other team members.
- Learn company products, services, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers for ongoing mentorship and training.
- Develop a solid foundation of the company’s business model and service offerings.
- After a training period, transition into a sales role to contribute to our business growth.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Entry-level; recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication skills; articulate and able to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A humble, team-player mindset with a desire for personal and professional growth.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Must be willing to invest time in understanding the business with the potential to move into a sales role.
