We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the position of Machine Operator - 2nd Shift in West Chester, OH.
Position Summary and Key Responsibilities :
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Grinder, EDM, or Laser machines to ensure parts conform to specifications and requirements.
This role demands attention to detail, precision, and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC Grinder, EDM, or Laser machines.
- Monitor part dimensions using jigs, fixtures, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Complete and review paperwork to document the quality of parts.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
- Use precision measuring tools to check parts for correct fit and dimensions.
- Build electrodes for Fast Hole EDM.
Job Qualifications :
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with fractions, decimals, or percentages.
- Ability to follow simple instructions or directions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills regarding work requirements, progress, and completion.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

- Duration : Temp to Perm
- Location : 9826 Crescent Park Dr, West Chester, OH 45069
- Salary : $20-$25 DOE + 15% shift differential $28.75
- Shift : Monday-Thursday, 3 PM - 2 AM
