A manufacturing company in New Jersey is currently seeking a personable and versatile professional to join their growing team as their new Receptionist.
Responsibilities :
The Receptionist will be responsible for :
- Maintaining the reception area
- Fielding and routing calls
- Sorting and posting mail; ordering FedEx supplies and sending out packages
- Ordering and stocking supplies; managing vending machines
- Placing food orders for meetings and replenishing kitchen (coffee pods, utensils, etc.)
- Scanning and index tickets for the Billing Department
- Booking meeting rooms, including setting up, cleaning after, etc.
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of experience in a Front Desk, Reception, and / or Secretarial role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including messaging, routing calls, and meetings
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Able to multitask efficiently and effecitvely
Desired Skills :
- Associate's and / or Bachelor's Degree
