Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities.
Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our (Montclair, NJ) location.
Schedule : Friday & Saturday
Pay Rate : $15 / hr
Requirements
- Must have prior Front Desk / Office environment experience (1 year)
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Must pass comprehensive background checks
- Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
