Job Description
Superintendent - Growing Commercial GC - Greenville will be responsible for :
- Establishes staging plans and manages site logistics and workflow.
- Reviews subcontractor scopes of work, submittals and invoices and provides feedback to Project Manager for compliance and coordination.
- Assists Project Manager in job cost reporting and budget control.
- Collaborates with Project Manager in maintaining and updating construction schedules to identify and solve problems in pre-construction meetings prior to mobilization.
- Prepares daily reports, safety reports, schedules and supervises completion of final punch lists.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as required or needed.
- Assists with recruiting and hiring needs. Trains field crew members, project engineers and junior superintendents and conducts safety orientations.
- Promotes job site safety and ensures employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy and regulatory requirements.
Rectifies any job site hazards immediately.
- Conducts weekly safety and progress meetings.
- Maintains a clean, organized job site at all times including the construction office.
- Performs other job duties as assigned and / or required.

Superintendent - Growing Commercial GC - Greenville should have :
- 2+ Years of Superintendent Experience
- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
- Understanding of OSHA and safety proticals
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
