About the Opportunity
OBJECTIVE :
The Programmer Analyst is to analyze, develop, test, and maintain computer programs and systems that meet the needs of an MFA Incorporated under the direction of the Team Lead with minimal supervision.
This position works closely with clients, stakeholders, and other members of MFA Incorporated to identify requirements and develop solutions that automate business processes and improve efficiency.
This position is responsible for understanding the business requirements and translating them into technical solutions that meet those needs.
This includes writing and maintaining source code, designing, and implementing databases, and testing software applications to ensure they are reliable and efficient.
This position also collaborates with other IT professionals to identify and resolve software issues and implement new technologies to improve systems and processes.
All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL is also required, as C# Programmer Analysts often work with databases to create data-driven applications.
HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANIDATES WILL BRING :
- B. S. degree or equivalent experience is required
- Five plus years developing complex queries with T-SQL
- Three plus years developing with SSRS
- Experience in VSTS
- Experience in business or data analytics
