Having secured several projects in Houston, they are looking for an experienced construction Project Manager to join the team and deliver high quality ground up construction projects up to $10 million in value.
As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the financial management, administrative duties, and contractual obligations of the project.
The PM will plan, direct and coordinate project activities to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
