The role of the Maintenance Electrical Technician isto be a great Nucor team member who demonstrates high levels ofhonesty integrity and ownership in everything they do.

In additionthe selected candidates will ensure the success of the team bySAFELY performing Preventative and Corrective maintenance on steelmill equipment and systems as well as proposing and implementinginnovative solutions to challenges in the steel making process.

TheMaintenance Electrical Technician will work weekends holidaysrotating shifts scheduled and unscheduled overtime. Safety is themost important part of all jobs within Nucor;

therefore candidatesmust be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and upholdsafety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards atall times.

MinimumRequirements :

• Experiencetroubleshooting 480V motors and controls
• 2years experience in industrial or military electricalmaintenance

Preferences :

2yearor 4year degree in electrical or related field or years ofexp.
