POSITION SUMMARY :

The Cash Data Poster supports, develops and works in conjunction with the revenue cycle department. You will post / record payments in accounts receivable both manually and electronically, balance cash to bank at month end, post residents refunds, wire transfers, resident trust adjustments, and completing any other tasks assigned by management.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred, but not required.
• Fast typing skills preferred.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must have exceptional math, logic and problem solving skills.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
• Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel).

Experience :

1-2 years of data entry level experience is preferred.

Shift and Wage :

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shift : Monday thorugh Friday
• Wage : $21.00 per hour
