As an Automotive A Maintenance Technician you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles.

Handling advanced maintenance tasks and complex repairs, you'll ensure that customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in delivering the highest level of service.

This is a direct hire position with our client in Eau Claire, WI

Compensation $80,000-$120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities :

  • Advanced Diagnostics and Troubleshooting : Perform in-depth diagnostics on vehicles, identifying and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
  • Major Repairs and Overhauls : Conduct advanced maintenance tasks, including engine rebuilds, transmission repairs, and other significant vehicle overhauls.
  • Routine and Preventative Maintenance : Execute routine maintenance tasks with precision, ensuring all work meets OEM specifications and customer expectations.
  • Mentorship and Leadership : Provide guidance and support to junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping to develop their skills.
  • Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers to explain complex repairs and maintenance recommendations, ensuring they understand the work being performed and the value it provides.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repairs.
  • Certifications : ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment, with expertise in engine, transmission, and electrical system repairs.
  • Leadership : Strong mentoring skills and the ability to lead and supervise junior technicians.
  • Customer Service : Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
