Miller-Bradford & Risberg, a leading distributor and service-provider of heavy equipment brands such as CASE and Kobelco, is seeking a proven Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their team in Eau Claire, WI as a Field Service Technician.

Ideal Schedule : This is a day shift, Monday through Friday field technician role with very rare on call work required.

Current technicians have only had to report for on-call work twice on average over the last couple of years.

Consistent Planned Work : About 80% of your day is scheduled ahead of time, and you will be visiting on average 3 sites a day.

Sites are within driving distance so that you can sleep in your own bed at the end of the night.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, diagnosis and repair heavy construction equipment in a safe and timely manner at customer sites.
• Maintain and upkeep company provided truck.
• Daily computer activity including reviewing work orders at the start and end of the day.
• Schedule customer repair visits.
• Order parts needed in a timely manner.
