00 - $30.00+ per hour depending on experienceFull Job DescriptionSiggs Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various HVAC systems, including multiple types of air conditioning units and brands.

This role requires experience across all phases of installation, from Rough Mechanical to Trim Finish and Start-Up, including in-place Change Outs.

The HVAC Installer will ensure high-quality and efficient installations while providing exceptional customer service and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Technical : Install various types of HVAC systems, including central air conditioning units, split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems.

Efficiently layout rough mechanical components, ensuring that builder's plans align with installation layouts, order sheets, and materials on site.

Properly install rough kits and trim kits to pass inspection and be ready for startup without call-backs or additional trips, meeting builder's schedules.

Effectively install, according to manufacturer's specifications and plans, all components to assemble a complete HVAC system.

Work with and understand the manufacturer's recommendations for a variety of HVAC brands, including but not limited to Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, and Daikin.

Customer Service : Provide best-in-class customer experiences by communicating effectively with customers and being a reliable expert for their HVAC-related concerns.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.Maintain a presentable, clean, and safe work site at all times, including the work vehicle.

Organize and clean tools, inventory, and equipment on job sites, in the work vehicle, and in the warehouse.-Administrative : Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including delivery tickets, job site plans, parts used, and recommendations for future orders.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, company policies, and safety standards at all times.

Coordinate with Administrative Operations team members throughout each day for accurate project documentation, purchase orders, and customer expectations.

Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices.The ideal candidate should possess : -High school diploma or equivalent;

technical school or HVAC certification preferred.-Growing knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including the ability to install multiple types of AC units and brands.

• EPA Universal Certification required.-Growing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.-Excellent organization, effective communication (English), and quality customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Valid driver's license and a clean driving record that meets commercial insurance requirements.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, working outdoors years round, and climbing ladders.
