Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Software Engineer P&C Insurance for a growing insurance organization located in Tampa, Florida.
The Lead Software Engineer P&C Insurance is a hybrid position. A successful candidate for the Lead Software Engineer P&C Insurance will possess a versatile technology background within the commercial Property and Casualty insurance domain.
Responsibilities for the Lead Software Engineer P&C Insurance include :
- Serve as a solutions engineer for all technical solutions
- Own solutions related to integrations, customizations, automation, event streaming, and Intelligent Data Processing
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders within the business, IT, and Engineering
Requirements for the Lead Software Engineer P&C Insurance include :
- Over 5 years of professional development and solutions engineering experience
- Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance background
- Strong background working with 3rd party software and creating solutions related to integrations, customizations, automation, event streaming, and Intelligent Data Processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and / or relevant work experience
Compensation of the Lead Software Engineer P&C Insurance :
- $160,000 - $190,000 annually
- FTE position, Full Comprehensive benefits package
