Description : Our District has an exciting Before & After Care program for children ages kindergarten through 5th grade called Beyond the Bell.
We are seeking a candidate to oversee the safety of children and staff as well as a smooth operation of program activities.
Selected individuals will plan, organize, and implement program activities such as arts & crafts, homework, indoor and outdoor play along with supervising, training and managing staff.
Beyond the Bell operates out of specific D64 schools in Park Ridge.
Qualifications : This position requires two to three years of experience working with children ages 5-11 and an advanced level written and verbal communication in the English language.
Must be CPR / AED and first-aid certified or have the ability to become certified (through our district) prior to the onset of the program.
Availability : We are seeking applicants to work weekday mornings and afternoons.
Shifts are :
6 : 45 9 : 00 through Friday
3 : 15 6 : 15 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
