RISK PROGRAM ANALYST -Adobe Workfront Administration WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? As a Risk Program Analyst-Adobe Workfront Administrator, you will work with the entire Marketing Department as well as other units across the Bank to support their Workfront use cases, develop and design new use cases, perform system maintenance, train users and troubleshoot issues.
What you will do Responsible for promoting risk awareness across the Division Stays abreast on reporting standards, department reporting requirements, and bank system changes / enhancements Operates as a point of contact for the division by responding to internal inquiries regarding policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Researches a wide variety of topics and issues including emerging risks & trends, and risk management best practices Works collaboratively within the risk team to complete risk management and measurement activities Performs day to day execution of risk related activities across area(s) of specialization Provides documentation for Audits / Exams and other reviews as needed Create Workfront training materials and train new users Perform Workfront system maintenance to ensure alignment with process changes and risk and compliance standards Provision Workfront access Create Workfront reports Ensure data integrity Must-Have* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 4 years of financial services or an equivalent, regulated industry experience Minimum 4 years in compliance or risk management Minimum 2 years of experience managing medium to large projects Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint Proficiency in Workfront Administration Good written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience with regulations impacting consumer banking and / or business unit functions preferred Demonstrated strong and sound decision making abilities about compliance risks and recommended corrective action.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and facilitate change through collaborative efforts. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Compensation Starting base salary : $37.
96 - $60.64 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and / or commissions.
