Handyman / Contractor / Maintenance Technician
We have year-round maintenance and repair work serving top brand name companies. Seeking experienced Craftsmen and Technicians with a variety of maintenance skills to support the growth of our client's business.
This is a commercial facilities and residential maintenance opportunity serving the greater Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio Texas areas with excellent customer service and quality work.
What You Will Receive
- Earn $500-1,500 per week, depending on your skills and availability
- Work as an Independent Contractor - part-time or full-time - on your own schedule
- Professional Office Support - job bidding, scheduling, administrative support, parts sourcing, job tracking

Responsibilities
The Handyman / Craftsman / Maintenance Technician has expertise in multiple types of commercial property repair and maintenance.
You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.
We are looking for craftsmen (and women!) who can accept work and produce it. If you have at least 3 of the following skill areas, you're the kind of person we need to add to our team :
- Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
- General Carpentry - Rough and Finish
- Painting Interior and Exterior
- Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
- Flooring Repair and Installation
- Landscaping
- Snow & Ice Removal
- Parking Lot Care
All candidates should be confident in the following areas :
- Great Customer Service and Client Relations
- Knowledge of Building Codes
- Material Management
Requirements
- Must have experience in the maintenance or repair trades
- Must have a basic set of tools
- Must have a current driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Must have a smart phone and access to the internet
- Must submit to a background check
- Must pass screening process
