• Food safety standards and procedures? You've got them on point!

Here's what you bring to the table

• At least one year of restaurant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED. (Some college or military experience? Tell us that, too.)
• You’ve already led, managed, and organized a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Mad skills in problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making.
• Giving and taking direction is second nature to you. You're a pro at working in a team.
• Flexible work availability - you’ve got it covered!

But wait, there's a twist - you must be willing and able to

• Travel to other Wendy's locations as needed. Get ready for some exciting adventures!
• Stand and move for most, if not all, of your shift. Time to show off your stamina.
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs. every now and then. You've got the strength!
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru or taking out the trash in the summer. You're prepared for anything.
• Wear a headset, use restaurant equipment like a register or grill, and follow brand guidelines. You're the embodiment of Wendy's excellence.
