We are looking for a superstar PA / Nanny for our VIP client; a dynamic and high-profile family based between Wellington & Boca Raton, Florida.
The family is lively, full of humour, and they maintain a fast-paced, ever-changing lifestyle. They value education, bilingualism, and a friendly yet professional atmosphere in their household.
Job Overview :
The Chace People team is seeking a 3rd super-friendly, outgoing, and charismatic Personal Assistant / Nanny to join the family’s existing team.
You will create a core support team of 3 personnel looking after the Madam and two children who are both under 3rd grade.
The ideal candidate will be a friend and mentor to the children, who are alert, funny, and charismatic. Your working schedule will include two days off per week (Mondays and Tuesdays), working Wednesday-Sunday as your usual core days.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage the schedules for both the Mrs. and the children, including school pickups / drop-offs and extracurricular activities.
- Support with morning and bedtime / bath routines.
- Assist with homework and educational activities, especially focusing on bilingual development.
- Provide general nanny duties and ensure a stimulating and nurturing environment for the children.
- Work closely with the Executive Family Manager, and Family Assistant, to ensure seamless support and efficiency within the household.
- Maintain open and transparent communication, being a team player and supporting the Executive Family Manager and Family Assistant in their responsibilities.
Requirements :
- Experience as a PA / Nanny, particularly with high-profile families.
- Ability to be unflappable, consistent, and keep up with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Native Spanish speakers preferred.
