Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include :
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 15-25 years of professional experience in architecture, focusing on commercial projects
- Strong background in managing public sector projects, including K-12, higher education, and faith-based buildings
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Revit; capable of producing high-quality design work
- Licensed architect preferred but not mandatory
- Expertise in project management, from design collaboration to client and consultant coordination
- Ability to handle project schedules, team management, and quality control
- Local travel required, with access to company vehicles for site visits
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance with 80% employer contribution, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with a target 25% match up to 6% of salary, disability insurance, three weeks of PTO, and annual performance bonuses.
