Traveling Solar Construction Manager QUALIFICATIONS :
- Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Trade school a plus.
- 4+ years’ experience in the construction field on projects of similar size and complexity
- Experience implementing quality control / quality assurance processes.
- PV industry experience (preferred)
- Must be proficient in reading blueprints, plans, and specs.
- Demonstrated Safe Working Practices and knowledge of OSHA safety standards. (Osha 30 certification is a plus)
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Great attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Proficient with conflict management, prioritizing daily tasks, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Project experience a plus.
- Fork and / or Scissor lift certified a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Valid CA driver’s license.
