Key ResponsibilitiesProcess client press releases, ensuring compliance with content guidelines and formatting requirementsDisseminate press releases through media distribution networks and various platforms, including social mediaAct as the primary contact for client distribution and translation requests, providing advice as neededRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, plus a post-secondary certificate in Journalism, Writing, Communications / PR or related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and / or coordination, with some editing experience preferredBasic knowledge of media communication concepts such as earned, owned, and paid mediaWorking knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of a CRM;
familiarity with HTML, Acrobat, and Photoshop is a plusSales experience / training is considered an asset
