LHH is hiring an Safety & HR Representative for a company in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Day to day you would be in charge of implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, as well as supporting different HR functions.
This role is direct hire, and full time Mon-Friday.
Manage new hire onboarding, documentation and orientation.
Verify and process expense reports
Assist Safety Managers with implementing and enforcing company safety policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Organize safety training programs and orientations for new and existing employees.
Collaborate with PMs to implement site-specific safety plans
Maintain all safety-related documentation, including training records, incident reports, and certifications.
Type : Direct Hire
Pay : $65,000-$75,000
Hours : 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm Mon-Fri
