Experienced Litigation Paralegal Sought for Hybrid Role in Charleston / Mt. Pleasant
A prestigious law firm with multiple offices across the Carolinas is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team in the Charleston / Mt.
Pleasant area . This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration, providing the opportunity to work on engaging cases and make a tangible impact on clients' lives.
Your Responsibilities
- Directly interact and liaise with clients
- Prepare and manage discovery requests and motions
- Maintain meticulous organization of case files
- Index and manage client documents efficiently
- Assist with critical e-discovery processes
- Handle additional litigation-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm environment
- Experience in construction and / or premise liability is a definite asset
- Proficiency in tracking billable hours
- Exceptional computer skills and strong communication abilities
- Proven experience in e-discovery
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Paralegal certification is highly desirable
