With a competitive pay rate of $24 - $26 per hour , plus bonuses based on length of service, you can look forward to being rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BILINGUAL BEHAVIOR TECH

- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English

YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Bilingual Behavior Tech, your position isn't a typical 9-5 routine. Nope, it varies based on the needs of those we serve.
But hey, that's what keeps it interesting, right? Our team hustles to craft the best schedule we can for you. The current schedule would be Monday - Friday 1 pm- 5 pm.
In this role, you dive into direct 1 : 1 ABA therapy sessions, helping clients master those behavioral skills, trim down unwanted behaviors, and tackle daily living skills.
Plus, you're a key player in training parents and caregivers, making sure everyone's on the same page with the customized plans.
You are always reliable, following the guidance set for our clients. It's hands-on, it's dynamic, and it's all about making a real difference in people's lives.
