Support Project Manager (Litigation)

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal teams, and clients to develop protocols for identifying, preserving, and collecting data in litigation and regulatory matters
- Assist in implementing data culling, filtering, and keyword strategies to streamline the review process
- Help legal teams utilize data analytics and Technology Assisted Review (TAR) for efficient document review
- Support document review projects and analyze large data collections to report metrics
- Stay informed on case law developments in eDiscovery and litigation technology
- Mentor and train other Litigation Support Project Managers
- Set up and manage eDiscovery databases for document review, analysis, and production
- Maintain documentation on electronic data collected for discovery obligations
- Train lawyers on the Firm’s eDiscovery and case management platform
- Assist legal teams in trial preparation, including using courtroom technologies like Trial Director
- Create presentations and slide shows to educate jurors on case details and themes
- Perform any other assigned tasks and duties in support of litigation support and eDiscovery efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of e-discovery project management experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology, email systems, and litigation technology
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to provide after-hours support as needed
