- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.
- Match printed checks with necessary backup documents for proper payment application.
- Process invoices and check requests, ensuring appropriate approval levels.
- Convert vendors to electronic invoice submission and electronic payments.
- Match PO invoices to ensure 3-way match of invoice to PO and receipts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end preparation, reporting accruals, and annual 1099 processing.
- Other accounting duties as assigned.
