Marketing Assistant $100k

Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide support to the marketing team, including managing communication, scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist in the creation of proposals, contracts, and other marketing materials
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating facility services
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
