Senior Human Resources Generalist
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing professional-level Human Resources assistance, services, and guidance to designated departments / programs within SCF on a wide scope of Human Resources issues : recruitment and selection, classification, compensation, benefits, training, labor relations or other areas as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
- BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; OR equivalent training and Human Resources experience or demonstrated proficiency as a Human Resources Generalist II at SCF.
- Four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience.
- Must obtain PHR certification within one (1) year of date of hire.
