PRIMARY PURPOSE :

AHF Products has a great career opportunity for an Applications Analyst located at our headquarters in Lancaster, PA. As an Applications Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of application solutions to solve business problems throughout the enterprise.

The position provides business support by leveraging knowledge gained from the analysis of business processes and understanding of functional solutions primarily focused on our ERP ecosystem centered around Infor M3.

Initial assignments would be across various ERP functional areas leading to focused assignments as business experience is gained.

The successful Applications Analyst would work closely with business partners to understand, at times complex, business needs and system requirements.

They would then convert those requirements into effective application solutions and capabilities. The ideal candidate is a driven functional, technical, and process expert motivated by finding creative solutions and a strong willingness to learn.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties :

  • Analyze business problems, gather requirements, and implement information technology solutions to support business goals, leveraging the Infor CloudSuite platform and other existing software packages in the AHF application portfolio.
  • Perform operational, troubleshooting, and support tasks to ensure optimal application performance; triaging issues as identified and partnering with key stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Design, configure, develop, and test solutions as approved.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure productivity and thruput on project / support requests.
  • Configure or modify Infor applications as needed via settings, views, ad-hoc reports, and homepages.
  • Provide suggestions to enhance current applications to meet future business needs.
  • Submit and promote enhancement requests with our software vendors.
  • Adhere to change management policies and practices.

TRAVEL :

Occasional travel for manufacturing / distribution site visits and / or training and conferences (5%-10%)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business processes design, information technology applications, and data
  • Results-driven, self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently
  • Eagerness to explore new challenges, assess best approach, and implement a timely solution
  • Capable of owning all phases of a solution from ideation / brainstorming through to user acceptance and implementation and support
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly and concisely to various levels of the organization;

able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences

  • Ability to work in a team environment and navigate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in technical configuration of cloud-based systems
  • Experienced in a diverse technical landscape

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a business / applications analyst
  • 3+ years of experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS) environments
  • 3+ years of experience with an ERP solution or similar enterprise scale cloud platform
  • 1-2 years of experience with enterprise reporting tools
  • Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
  • Positive and Verifiable Work History

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience working with Infor CloudSuite products including M3, Infor Document Management (IDM), Factory Track, CRM, and Warehouse Management
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP implementations
  • Exposure to manufacturing and distribution operations
  • Working knowledge of business analytics and enterprise reporting
  • Knowledge and experience with writing SQL queries to perform analysis of issues and verify test results
