Responsibilities Closely work with key, national customer to ensure timely and successful solutions to customer needs Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Assist with challenging customer requests / escalations as needed Excellent project management skills with the ability to create consensus and alignment across multiple stakeholders Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and develop proactive solutions Clearly communicate the progress of defined initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Experience Requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment Self-motivated and ability to critically think while maintaining deadlines Ability to multi-task complex job functions Extreme attention to detail with superb prioritization skills Excellent customer service / professionalism Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Salesforce experience is a plus) Qualifications Bachelors Degree from an accredited 4-year institution
