Successful suburban real estate development company is in need of an experienced paralegal with experience in a similar role.
You must have :
Superior Computer Abilities and Commercial Real Estate experience, as follows :
1. Leasing (drafting, negotiating and implementing), property management and tenant matters,
2. Acquisition and divestiture closing documentation and related activities,
3, Title searches and other due diligence matters.
3 Assist Real Estate Attorney on various projects as needed.
4. Strong Interpersonal skills while communicating with company personnel, tenants and clients.
