is looking for a dynamic Inspector / Estimator to join our team of professionals.
This individual contributor role is an hourly, full-time position located in North Highlands, California.
INSPECTOR / ESTIMATOR
Job Summary :
The inspector / estimator will respond, assess, evaluate, and estimate Deck and Balcony (multi-family) projects for department.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Produce proposals for deck and balcony division.
Includes counting all elevated elements and determining which 15% we will inspect and determine pricing.
- Obtain all pertinent information related to inspection to prepare and present proposal and send to the customer to get authorization.
- Assist and support inspection and report writing.
- Document and track projects in Pipedrive CRM
- Update new details regarding jobs into Pipedrive
- Addresses questions, concerns, and / or complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers while supporting customer experience.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Must have insurable driving record (DMV)
Education and Experience :
At least three years of transferable / related experience required.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
