Account Executive - Marketing & Creative (Hybrid)

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team! In this hybrid role (3 days onsite per week), you will play a pivotal role in building and managing client relationships within the marketing and creative space.
You'll leverage your recruiting, sales, or staffing expertise to develop customized solutions that drive success for our clients' talent acquisition needs.
What You'll Do :
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and qualify potential marketing and creative talent clients.
- Partner with clients to understand their unique marketing and creative talent requirements.
- Develop and present strategic talent solutions, aligning them with client goals and budgets.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top candidates to negotiating offers and placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and creative recruitment.
What You'll Bring :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the recruiting, sales, or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals through high-volume cold calling.
- Strong understanding of the marketing and creative landscape (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate client needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
