We are seeking an organized and polished professional who is interested in launching a career in the Title Insurance Industry!
This is a direct hire position for an Entry-level Title Clerk to join the team of a National Title Company in Newport Beach.
In this role, you will be responsible for opening local and national title orders for our Commercial Team. This includes tracking the progress of each order and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Essential Functions
- Efficiently manage data entry and systems to ensure a streamlined process.
- Keep track of ETA's and work with local offices to manage timeframes effectively.
- Coordinate spreadsheets for portfolio deals.
- Hyperlink Company orders for seamless access.
- Collaborate with title teams to ensure a hassle-free transaction opening.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone and email etiquette that represents our company positively.
- A keen eye for detail and a quality-oriented mindset that ensures all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Strong multitasking abilities, allowing you to juggle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education / Background
- 1 year of title / escrow or related real estate experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College preferred, but not required
