About the job :
As an experienced Accountant consultant, you’ll supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. The day-to-day responsibilities will vary significantly depending upon a company’s size and needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS) and experience with risk management.
Ultimately, you’ll make sure we comply with accounting regulations, maximize profits and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A / R, A / P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory
- Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Reconcile bank accounts at least monthly, verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Support month-end and year-end close process fees
- Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial status
- Ensure compliance with current regulations
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Previous experience in accounting management or other related fields
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Fundamental knowledge of VAS
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- CPA (Preferred but not required)
- Public accounting background (Preferred but not required)
